These Disclaimers form part of our Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand the limits of our responsibility and how to use MusLinc safely. 1) No guarantee of matches or outcomes MusLinc facilitates introductions, but we do not guarantee any match, date, relationship, or other result. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. 2) Service provided “as is” and “as available” MusLinc is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation, or that information on the Service is complete or accurate. Implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement) are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3) User conduct and content Interactions are user-driven. We are not responsible or liable for the actions, statements or content of users or third parties. You assume all risk when dealing with others, on- or off-platform. Use caution and report concerning behaviour. 4) Eligibility, screening and bans MusLinc is for adults (18+) only. Users must provide truthful information and confirm they have no disqualifying criminal convictions as set out in our Terms. MusLinc does not conduct official criminal background checks and cannot guarantee user safety. Where we have credible grounds (including user reports or public sources), we may review public records and may suspend or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion. Any screening may be incomplete; you must still exercise caution. 5) Safety, privacy and offline meetings Keep early conversations on MusLinc and protect your personal information. If you choose to meet someone, you do so at your own risk: meet in public, tell someone your plans and use your own transport. Safety tips are recommendations, not guarantees. MusLinc does not arrange, monitor or accompany meetings and does not provide chaperones. 6) Third-party services and links Where the Service integrates or links to third-party tools or sites (e.g., payments, ID verification), their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, acts or omissions. 7) Availability, maintenance and changes The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. Performance may vary by device, location and network. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time. 8) Data retention and loss We do not guarantee indefinite retention of any data (including messages and profile information). If you delete content or your account, associated data may not be recoverable. Despite reasonable safeguards, rare failures may result in data loss. 9) Fees and services MusLinc is a paid service. All features and assistance are chargeable as described in the app or your plan. We do not provide offline or in-person services, including chaperones or personal matchmakers. 10) No professional advice Information on MusLinc (including tips or guidance) is general only and not professional advice. Seek qualified help for legal, medical, financial or mental-health matters. You are responsible for your decisions. 11) Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses (including lost opportunities, data loss or emotional distress). Our total liability to you for any claim is capped as set out in the Terms of Service (typically the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or £100, whichever is greater). We do not exclude liability where this is unlawful (e.g., death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). 12) Your acceptance By using MusLinc you acknowledge and accept these Disclaimers (and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).
